Just said I earned Olde Lantern but did not receive it. Same with Ol Cole.

I unlocked the coal and i have it as a trinket, but i can’t find the lantern which i recently unlocked. Also, my progress bar is going smoothly i have’t seem any problems with that. I also have the issue of not seeing my cases come up after a game, but i can live with that.

Edit: Do I need to submit a trinket related ticket on the support website or do I just leave it?

I did not get my coal trinket, but a friend of mine who completed the task at the same time was given one.

I just completed the hours required for the lantern trinket but I did not receive it.

I just completed the 3 hours for the coal and didn’t show in my item/didn’t received that coal. Now it’s proggressing for the lantern.

hope you guys can fix it, not just for me but for every1 who plays it, playing 12 to reach an objective and then not get rewarded as you were told its a bit frustrating
