progress is on snowman

I’m progressings toward the snowman trtinket but the progress bar is stuck. yesterday I started playingwith aprox. 70% filled and after playing maybe 8-10h the bar hadb’t filled up at all, but stayed in the about 70%.

Is there anything I can do to get the pop up to show again?!
I was close to the snowman trinket, but then it stopped showing my progression.
For a couple of days now I have no indication what so ever of where I stand. While I’m pretty sure I’m well over it, but the trinket hasn’t shown up yet.

Ok I get the warm snowman, which was I actually wanted so hard , didn’t get the others two, but ok no problem…hope you guys will have this fixed…

Hello, i am from Germany and i got a really big problem with my snowman trinket. The beam which shows your progress of getting the trinket almost reached the end, 45 hours of playtime. I played in a really long stopwatch match and after that i didn’t recive the trinket and the beam never appeared again. Thats so annoying! Can anyone tell me what happened/give me a solution?

I have heard of not seeing the award text pop up after earning the trinket. Were you close to finishing the time for the snowman?

Just wanted to add my name to the list. Haven’t received coal or lantern yet. Hopefully this gets fixed because I enjoy dirty bomb and don’t want people to have any reasons to put it down.

Received the coal trinket, and just this morning finished the 12 hours for the lantern.
I’m on the progression bar for the snowman, but still no lantern :^(

i got the coal and the olde lantern but i didnt get the snowman

I received normally coal in time and today after a match I got notification that I received the lantern trinket. However the coal is the only trinket that is showing up in my items.
Snowman counter didn’t show up either, so I am wondering did I actually run out of the time and won’t I receive the lantern at all?
