Ok so my situation is that, i completed the 60 hours required for all the trinckets but i only received 2 of them, the coal and the lamp, even though it cleary said that i had won the snowman trincket, so if you could fix this issue so that i may receive the snowman trincket that i rightfully earned, i would appreciate it.

Got the coal, making my way to snowman now… didn’t receive the lamp (which is the best one!) sadly =( I hope you guys can fix this. Love my angel of Ire tho :stuck_out_tongue:
