So I’m here, I got the 3 hours clocked and I don’t see coal trinket. That’s 1 thing, 2nd thing, whenever I get a case I don’t see it on match results I see it on notification, 3rd thing I saw that my time for latern is 0hr to 12hr, does it reset each time? or is it like 3 hours for coal, 9 more for latern (12hr) and then 33 more for snowman (45hr)

happened the same to me i played for 3 hours and didn’t get the trinket… and yes you have to play 12 more hours to get the lantern (15 total hours) and the snowman (60 total hours)

3+12+45= 60 hrs total. This was told and explained quite enough here.

3 hours total = Coal.

15 hours total (3 + 12) = Lantern.

60 hours total (3 + 12 + 45) = Snowman.

You only have to play a total of 60 hours to get all 3.

Alright, idk what I was thinking with my math. So what about the trinket why isn’t it appearing in inventory or anywhere

Several people are having it not show up in their ‘Items’ thingo. It’s not in mine either.

Not that I’m not that worried about it, but you know…it’s not there.

if there is anything that is pissing me off right now it is that i can’t see what cases i’m getting. i want to know what i’m getting after a match not having to leave the damn server everytime i get a case.

You can watch your notifications in the rooms lobby.
“You’ve got a Dickens equipment case” for normals and “You’ve got a Dickens Evet case” for the 100% ones.

So where is this trinket? I did my 3hrs and it said I got it. But I don’t see it anywhere, not in Barracks, Items, Loadouts… nowhere. Also after this, my Loadout cards sorting gets messed up everytime I go to Loadouts tab. It doesn’t save my sorting filters.

Hey guys!

There is a known issue with at least the Lump o’ Coal not properly being credited to accounts. If you could post in this thread http://forums.dirtybomb.nexon.net/discussion/21821/coal-trinket-not-properly-given-out-if-you-are-having-issues-please-post-here we would appreciate it, we’re going to get to the bottom of this ASAP!

i had it and would have trinket by know… but instead know it is slightly moving:(

This is an actual thing. It just doesn’t seem real anymore… DB has jumped the shark.

@RazielWarmonic sorry to post this in the wrong place but I got the coal but my olde flashlight didnt get credited :frowning:

I never got the 12hr trinket :cry: . I know im not the only one with this problem. But how is it being fixed?

Your game time is being recorded regardless. We are working to fix this issue, and you will be credited with the proper trinkets if you earned them as soon as we resolve it!

i completed 15 hours and now it’s counting towards the snowman… but i didn’t get any of the trinkets :’( when will this be fixed?

edit- the counter was bugged it was counting towards the warm snowman and suddenly i got a notification saying i got a trinket… i got the olde flashlight but not the coal T^T

I did the 3 hours today and never got the coal trinket and I guess I can just proceed to the lantern.
