Trinket bug

Hi to all,
i would like to report a little bug on my trinket hunt.
http://puu.sh/mejU7/57e4a62310.jpg as you can see i’m into snowman trinket hunt, but when i received the lamp trinket (it showed in my reward screen in the aftergame), i didn’t found it in my inventory (http://puu.sh/mejYl/d1a49aed81.jpg). What can i do? I had the coal trinket equipped when i passed.
I restarted the game multiple times but nothing.
Hoping to receive an answer

There is an issue with the delivery of trinkets at the moment. When the issue is resolved the trinkets will be sent out to all who earned them. You can submit a ticket to Nexon support to ensure you get it as well.

thank you guys fixing this problem. I saw a lot of people reporting this same problem, I have the same problem.

But the point of this comment is, i really love this game and i really hope you guys do more great work with this game.

keep up the awesome work and I hope to see a lot more updates.
( i am really prout of playing this game :blush: .)
