tree textures

Whenever I plant trees the textures are all snowy, does anybody know a way to change the textures the trees use?

In your radiant folder(progam files) there is a folder called plugins, in the folder the is an other folder called bt, inside bt is a text file called tp_ent edit the trees in there to plant what ever model u want…
I had some bad experinces with this though, i think u have to have 4 trees (not 100% though) as i had prob’s when i tried with 1 tree only.
Try planting tanks instead :stuck_out_tongue:

The info on fixing that (tree planting, not tank planting :P) is on the search… SEARCH is YOUR FRIEND! Don’t ignore it.

ok thanks, I have another question, if you auto clip a trees with spawnflags 2 will you see a big performance hit, should I just manually clip them?

The main downside is that it would make the branches solid, so it’s generally not a good idea to autoclip trees.
