Transparant icon on command map

Hello,

I’m trying to get a transparant icon of the sniper on the command map. I’ve tried to replace mp_spy_red.tga and mp_spy_blue.tga with transparant images, 32bits/pixel and uncompressed. This doesn’t seem to work. Does anyone know how to get this transparant or how to disable the sniper icon?

Are the images definitely transparent before you try to display them?

AFAIK they are transparant.
