The simply answer is no.
The long answer is that the original document is maintained by me and I’m always adding / updating content. Having multiple versions (often out of sync) all over the internet is not a good idea because no one else is updating. I always try to write any new content for the LDR in simple english with no humour or slang so the document can be translated or read easily.
I know there are various versions of the document around on the internet and I have contacted most people about them. Having more versions in foreign languages is not really helping the situation. One central version which everyone knows is updated and maintained is more valuable.
If you feel you want to contribute towards the french speaking community then write your own ET tutorial/documentation content in a french style. You will probably understand the documentation more by creating your own take on the documentation and it will be alot easier to read by french speaking people.
