trade up?

I saw that the last achivement requires you to “Trade Up for a Loadout Card” and read google about it, very interesting - it says you can turn 3 iron cards into 1 bronze one, 3 bronze ones into 1 silver ones etc, you just have to press the button… but I couldn’t find that button :’( where is it? I need it for the last steam achievement

Its the old way. Now we have crafting.

But how to get last steam achivement which says you need to trade up then?

You earn it by crafting a loadout card.
