Trade up gamble

Do you guys think its worth it to trade up for a cobalt. It will be using all 6 of my golds so I personally don’t really want to do it however I do want a cobalt. Also is it worth trading up for a gold, just wondering since there’s only a few loadouts I would like for each merc. I have traded up to golds for mercs with generally good loadouts I’m just scared to trade up for a gold sparks/fletcher etc.

If you absolutely want a cobalt, go for the mercs who’s loadouts are all acceptable. Phoenix, Stoker and Aimee for example.

That said, I’d advise you not to do this if your golds are good.

if all 6 golds aren’t the best I would personally do a trade up/in, that’s atleast when I do when it isn’t the best card for a merc ^^

Trading is stupid. The only time I ever do it is if I have nothing to lose, and by nothing to lose I mean only trading cards I will never use.

I think I have 16 cobalts now and about 25 golds but I use about 23 of those golds from time to time, so I don’t ever plan on trading up for another cobalt until I actually have 6 crappy gold cards I will never use.

Rule of thumb = never throw away a useless card, even if it is a lesser rarity.

Dont gamble with cards you like/use, you will almost always be disapointed with what you get.
Only trade up stuff you never use.

Yeah as others have said don’t ever EVER trade up a card that you use.

Cobalt just isn’t worth it.

If you have excess that you won’t ever use, sure by all means use them to trade up.

Favourite all the ones you use/best ones for each merc the trade up the rest. Don’t trade the ones you use in hopes of getting the same one in a higher rarity, because RNGesus is a cruel god sometimes

Traded up for a gold bushwacker, got the BL42 which I’m disappointed with, but atleast I didn’t lose any cards I actually use. Just means I’m going to have an unused gold. Won’t ever go for cobalt unless its for phoenix, stoker or fragger.

i personally dont like cobalts, soo 2 gold trade ins for me

Took me 2 trade ups which was like 400k’ish just to get the Redeye loadout that I wanted. Don’t think it’s horrid bad, but still, could be better… http://i.imgur.com/yCPkocG.png

Idiotic amirite? Trading up one must choose between looks and performance, unless they’ve born with leprechaun up in their bum and puke clowerleafs on regular basis.
