Trade Up duplicate loadout restriction?

I’m attempting to trade up 3 Iron Thunders for a Bronze Thunder. I have one S75 and two MA95 loadouts. Trade Up will not let me fill the third slot with my second MA95, is this a bug or the new thing?

Hey there try to drag the dupe card into the selected loadout card section. Let me know if that works.

Tried that, just kept swapping positions with the other one.
