Trade system or re-roll for the Special edition cards (CW and WTD)

This will make the cards more valuable since you will be able to actually USE them.

Like for example if I don’t want my phantom cards I can just trade with another player a similar event card (CW and WTD only), or just pay certain credits for a re-roll (either making it random for all merc cards, or the merc you select to re-roll, or just the merc).

trade only, or you would just reroll for best.
