Trade-in with same merc broken again

Since latest patch were unable to use the trade-in function to trade in 3 merc types to a merc type of the same (eg. 3 fragger cards to 1 fragger card.) This was an available feature previously

The OP in this topic proved that this “bug” was actually an implemented feature.
So yep, completely non-sense to fix a FEATURE.

This was the only reason I used the trade-in system. I love the silver skins, but now I guess it’s back to shooting for the bleh cobalts over several hundred more hours each. An absolutely idiotic “feature” if you ask me.
