I’ve just been playing around on the challenges and I seem to never get a route combo bonus, does anyone know what it is and what I have to do in order to get it?
I also think you should get a points deduction on the amount of times you die, obviously not dying lets you set a fast time but I feel there should be a bigger bonus for not.
The route combo bonus is in use with the parkour challenge, I think. Not quite sure how it works.

That makes sense then, time to mount a challenge of the guys 14,000,000 score I guess!
The shotgun, although I never remember getting any kills by head-shot (could be a bug).
Also that score got me to 9th in the rankings
