Just logged on to give some feedback. Love the game and have spent much of the weekend evangelising it to my mates.
Aside from many of the other much talked about issues ( lag, too many bots etc), there is one issue that you may be able to do something about fairly easily. It seems to me that you’re way too generous with xp and perks. I and a load of mates had that WOAH moment when we seemed to unlock half the skills on the board over the first couple of games, which initially was great. It was a nice change from other games and even could be seen as a side swipe at them, but as we close in on level 20 ( too fast IMO ) it’s getting more and more disappointing to simply unlock another couple of audio logs every so often.
I’m definitely not asking for more perks, as with all the classes there, there are tons to choose from. I’m just pointing out that I, for one, would be prepared to work much harder for my levels and happier too see less unlocks early on if it would balance out the unlocks later.
Despite this… It’s still the best game of this type I’ve played since Shadowrun. Looking forward to the next update and the DLC.
