@macbeth: Thanks for hosting my map on your server. Tomorrow I will release the beta3 version of the map. Whatever the outcome of the contest will be: I intent to release a final version of the pirates map. I’m also thinking about creating a ‘pub’ version of the map, containing some new areas / making the map more suitable for a larger crowd of players.

On the Crossfire site Seanza posted that he has received all the latest - beta3- maps and he will make an announcement tomorrow…

Public version would be very nice !

Although I must say, the server where I play - people are getting to know the map better and better now.
First it was waaaaay too easy for allies, but now, axis (or vietcong) are really standing their ground at the first stage of the map.

Pity, though, as they’re still running the first beta
I’d love to try the beta 2 (3) on that same server as well to discover the new features

Anyhow, pub’s nice :slight_smile:
