Now you need to be specific here young man (you like that, don’t you). Hate towards the game? Can’t say I’ve shown ‘hate’ at all. Hate towards little upstarts that try and proclaim themselves as a fountain of knowledge they know nothing about, have never experienced and can’t grasp? Sure i’ll agree with that. In all honesty, I don’t think you even properly understand the term hate or what it means, I also don’t think you understand the word ‘irony’ either going by your reply to mine and the way you used it… but well, I guess you’re too young to understand that either.

How annoyed would you be if I actually was a 10 year old putting you in your place reply after reply, I’d have thought you’d rather I was older… at least you’d have an excuse for continually having to resort to name calling and put downs because you can’t cope with the level of discussion being had :slight_smile:

‘Troll’, there’s another term totally overused and lost all meaning from it’s original context on here. A troll is the guy that continually joins the SD IRC channel asking for pics of transexuals and wondering if people want to taste his jizz… it’s NOT someone that just doesn’t agree with you.

How about we all just chill a bit and keep the discussion above board?
Everyone is allowed their opinions and the occasional sarcasm or retort is all ok but it looks like things are getting a little personal. Let’s not get infractions handed around the place like party favours and be civil.

I think they annoy everyone. Half the time if I don’t even see the icon as yellow (signifying they’ve taken the objective to heal people) then I just auto-tap out. No point waiting for 10 mins while the Medic messes about on top of your corpse.

yes.

like it or not, this forum ends up being one of the primary points of entry for new players (who care enough to search out game forums, which is admittedly a (likely) small % of total players, especially if you include casual weekend/rental gamers in the total…)

but this means their first experience with this community might be a discussion like this one. yes, free internet, freedom of speech, blah blah blah. can =/= should. sometimes best to just let “that one” go (i realize this sentiment runs counter to almost every fiber(fibre) of the internet)

Really? Weird. I guess if you prefer to grind all day, Borderlands is good. I got up to lvl 35 and just got kinda bored with it.

That was pretty much my experience too.
Plus there wasn’t enough variation between weapons, they all felt the same despite all the little modifications.

If most of the weapons are going to shoot bullets I can only hope they go with hitscan in Borderlands 2. Projectiles + lag got old.
