How To Enable Alt+Enter for switching between fullscreen and window
Bind syntax:
bind <key> [command] [modifier] [context]: attach a command to a key
Console commands:
bind ENTER "toggle r_fullscreen; vid_restart" ALT
bind ENTER "toggle r_fullscreen; vid_restart" ALT menu
Notes:

[li]First line is for the “default” context (implied)
[/li][li]Second line is for the “menu” context, and allows the key to work anywhere in the main menu
[/li][li]To open the console try (CTRL+ALT+) [/li][li]You may permanently allow the console with just () by using the command: seta com_allowConsole 1
[/li][li]Useful for avoiding the known memory leak
[/li][li]Allows some video cards to alt+tab much easier.
[/li][li]Works in other id tech 4 games (eg: ET:QW)
