Timeless loading menu, when nothing happens

Hi
I was playing so fine yesterday when at the midnight somehow, my game’s menu could loading nothing. Anything from the menu is not working now. The game don’t get crash, he just cannot do the conection with the servers, my profile, mercs, loadouts and etc. I don’t know what to do and how this problem appears from the nothing…
A curious fact is after that, my browser don’t work, i can’t load any website, only rebooting the pc. This issue have appeared after a connection lost.
it’s so annoying, pls help me (sorry for my bad english xD)

Before i forget, i don’t use bit defender and i always turn off windows defender from win 10, i already did all the exclusion files set

Same here. Exactly the same problem. The problem started after the last update.
I’ve tried to play yesterday, all night long, and the same happened.

I did some tests on 2 different PCs, played other games, but this only happens when i enter at DB. I tried today, and the problem persists.

if you manage to fix it, give me a feedback.

same here. its kinda relief to know i am not the only one. usin win 7

Have you guys got this too? i have sent a ticket support about this problem and i’m waiting for a solution. i hope for the fix soon

Guys, try to reset the modem. Somehow now i can load all the features again. Let me know if u guys did
