@MissMurder Thunder is like by some people, but also hated by others. The real problem is that Thunder is inconsistent when it comes to fire fights. Thunder does not have the tanky feel as Rhino and cannot hit as hard as him, and the fact that he has an extra 10hp compared to Fragger barely makes a difference. Many people like him because in some circumstances, he can hit like a truck if your team has good support. However, in many cases through my experience of playing Thunder is that it is so easy to get overwhelmed and pushed back. It is as simple as playing as Nader and just spamming grenades at him. He cannot do anything except hiding or running. Nader can seriously harass him if you do not play him right. Stoker’s grenade can kill him in less than a second. Assuming that the enemy team are firing at you and you accidentally walked into the fire, there is not escape. His inconsistency has led to hatred. If I had to play 10 Stopwatch games, I would probably die every other round. He is not as consistent as Rhino how he can shred the enemy team with his minigun, and he is not as lethal as Fragger how he can explode people with his grenade. So if he is not a tank, and he is not deadly or lethal, and he is not good as support, then what is he really good at?
