Thunder weapon graphic on cobalt

When the weapon and thunder is loading everything is fine with high character model and great looking weapon. But after a few seconds it turns into this one. It is only on Thunder and only on that cobalt weapon. All other characters are fine for me and all other cards are fine too. I just wonder

i think you have to turn on high quality materials on settings

This happens to me too.
Even on full graphical settings, the weapon skin loads looking nice and detailed, but then suddenly drops to what the picture looks like above.
