Thread Sync Help?

I am having an awkward problem. Have to put Thread Sync everytime off. It keeps turning ON in game everytime… Someone knows how’s to fix this?

Set OneFrameThreadLag to true in the config file (Documents/My Games/UnrealEngine3/ShooterGame/Config/ShooterEngine.ini).

If I set to true its gonna be Off in game? o.O
