Yes, there seem to be much more hackers underway since monday. Most of them not that obvious but still not to hard to spot.

Votekick the hacker.
If that doesn’t work camp in your own spawn with your whole team and kill him, i recommend 5+ bushwackers for doing this

Yes unfortunately they are popping up more frequently, but are often very blatant and easy to spot. Hopefully improved tools to deal with them will be available soon.
Just as a “by the way” - I’ll give you a tip for your video to avoid that terrible ghosting effect (which is making it annoying to watch). If done in Vegas please use “Disable Resample”. How to here -> youtube.com/watch?v=8ObZ3uD-eP8 .

And btw. votkicking cheaters doesn’t work. Seems most kids today don’t care or are so selfish, they even like getting their ass wiped by a cheater for winning the map.

Improved tools should have been implemented prior to opening the beta up to everybody, considering this is a very common and predictable problem.
In the meantime, the best solution if you want to piss hackers off, is convince your team to leave the match en masse, instead of remaining so you can die again and again.
Raging about it over chat will only embolden the hacker and make him happy (they thrive on people being pissed off, they aren’t doing it to top the scoreboard, but to grief).
So say nothing, leave the match and find another, if everyone does the same the hacker will actually be disappointed, especially if that happens in every match they join.

Easy in-game report function.
Idiot-proof and easy to use kick function. I’m not sure the pop-up even states that F1/F2 are used for voting?

Glad you posted this. I’ve run into 3-4 hackers in the last 90 hours and one was this guy! Twice last night I saw him and both times everyone just left the server.

I’ve encountered this too. The cheater kept insisting that the shotgun was bugged as he headshot us from extreme range while bunny hopping.

Please report hackers here. That way Nexon will get the information rather than just the players.
I have deleted the content in the OP for breaking the rules of this forum. I know this system isn’t ideal, but it will change. Please follow the process until a better system in implemented.

When cheater’s videos are just deleted, i do not think lots of people will go to that link adn report.
Imho it is on Nexon’s side, and in Nexon’s behalf to ban as many cheaters as possibly. You cannot expect all players to report, it is good when they do, but it is not their responsibility.

Reporting cheaters is everyone’s responsibility. This is a community and we all have a part to play. You don’t have to participate as nobody will force you but if enough people participate with enough other people simply supporting them then things get better.
At some point there might be a server demo system where you can press a report button that submits a demo of a player (or a demo from the server of all players) which is then filtered through an automated system that does basic checks for outliers (complaints filed, shot %, win %, previous history vs. recent) compared to normal players and then flags the demo for human review. Then humans take an actual look at it. This can be a GM or a system setup like CSGO’s overwatch. Then a determination is made.
That would be an OK system to use that goes beyond what the basic anti-cheat can do. However, that’s extremely complicated to setup and requires more employees and it would also take a long time to develop from scratch. All from a game with a small’ish dev team.
So, hopefully all of that can happen at some point. Until then this is our community and we should all play a role in keeping it clean of obvious cheaters if you are capable of it. If you’re not or don’t want to then at least support.
