this game is hilariously bad

Yo I mean for real, not like its suppose to be. Its 19.99 now so I bought it cuz I thought who cars, it might be good to fool around with a old school game like Quake 3 but lol did I make a mistake. But the real value of this game is how bad it is.

First of all the cut scenes are hilariously awful. The dialogue is like a bad bad movie and the character models all look like mutants. I dunno if this is suppose to be mutant people io the future but did anyone in Splashed damage realize that YOUR DAMN PEOPLE LOOK LIKE MUTANTS? They dont look like soldiers at all. All the different customization options pretty much look the same and all lead to a HILARIOUS freaky character result.

The guns dont matter they all shoot the same and its just jumping around and hitting rando, buttons. I think Quake 2 was more complicated than this and that game is primitive. The graphics its weird that there soo bad. I mean they’re not bad bad but they look weird in a world where we now have modern graphics. It kibda looks like an Unreale mod which is weird since I think its using the quake 3 engine.

Overall this game is pretty hilarious when u buy it cheap but I kinda wasted $20, I fell bad for u who paid $60 for this.

I started reading whatever the OP was saying and had to stop.
Spelling is horrid and someone really needs to learn the difference between “they’re”, “there” and “their”.
It’s almost as if they’re trying to look like one of the braindead txt-spkz kidz, yo!
You might have a point somewhere in there (or an opinion, or whatever) but you’re not able to adequately portray it.
Next time try proofreading before posting, or getting Google to translate it into english.

The characters looks like mutants you say? What would of you preferred, the same generic army soldiers or halo armor suits? They took a chance with a unique art style and I think it’s one of the games stronger points. Especially the Security side, I personally think they really did an outstanding job. At the end of the day the game definitely has some rough edges, but I find nothing hilarious about it, except maybe some of the character death sounds. If you want to at least give the devs some feedback, stop trolling and make your post a bit constructive.

Reminds me that the SDK is the only hope to get this game to a certain level of quality that many expected when buying it in the first place.

I mean who else will get the changes done, that the PC guys are desperatly asking for since day one. The really awful thing is, that they get fewer and fewer every day :frowning:

There is a brink complaint forum. It’s called “the Brink Forums” and is for discussion, compliments and complaints. While like topics should be grouped under threads there is no way a single thread will adequetly cover the number of issues people wish to talk about and/or complain about.

Also: I find your “let them whine in that thread” attitude quite rude and snobbish. If you don’t want to read any complaints then don’t. The thread topics give a good idea of what the thread contains and it’s pretty quick to see which threads are complaint threads as soon as you open them.

I mean imagine this: One thread gets made called the “compliment thread” and every nice post you want to make about Brink or SD must be made in there. If I suggested that to you you’d be pretty annoyed, and yet you’re happy to say pretty much exactly the same thing to a large part of this forum community.

No you’re hilarious. Don’t feel bad for me. Feel bad for the ARK security therapist who has to deal with my issues of tubing people. Last night I think we made a breakthrough until he brought up my childhood. That’s when I shot him in foot with the Sea Eagle. Anyways back to my beer at the bar.
