There’s a difference between genuine questions or opinions, and trying to purposely noise up the place. If people are doing the latter then they deserve all the flames they get.
This community seems very mature
I thought about this yesterday in bed (or some other awkward nerdtime where you are not supposed to think about a gaming forum): Even now the amount of spam and new pointless threads (like this one tbh^^) and newbs saying/asking ignorant stuff is getting out of control and I can’t read the forum properly anymore like I used to do less than a year ago.
Imagine how it’ll be around here when BRINK releases and is a huge success. I think then it’s good bye good old SD forum, I’ll have to try to find some elitist smug board then (like teamliquid.net is for SC2) ^^
[I hope calling people on this forum ignorant newbs won’t give me yet another infraction^^]
Well then you need to remember to put in the 3rd period otherwise you just look silly.
Now that we’re all aware of it we feel off the hook and can’t meet the expectation?
I’m looking forward to the revived Rambo Medic discussions (no pun intended). And yes, I’ll still be defending them.
Good thread is good.
There are a share of idiots floating around, but the don’t disrupt the flow of sensible posts.
Reminds me of the Assassin’s Creed Multiplayer forums in that respect.
Which is, of course, a good sign for the future of this game. Means we’re likely to have a solid base of friendly, helpful players, rather than a solid base of people who only care for themselves. Which would you prefer?

I know I prefer the former.
I prefer this forum over the bethesda forum because there is so much more conflict over here, but yet despite the trend seen over the internet, the conflicts i see on this board rarely turn into simple mindless flaming. People, at the very least, try to articulate their arguments in a thoughtful way, for the most part. The end result is actually a much more entertaining and educational forum. I believe this is what an internet community should be about.
So, guys! Could I, possibly, get an itemized list of every similarity and difference between Brink and an TF2? Because I heard the games were pretty similar.
I remember people hating it when someone who was only using vehicles would chose a medic class. Dumbest discussion ever.
