Third party program detection is broken and unfair

Hello Community,
So I had a suspension for 2 days because “Third party software” was detected when i started the game. This software was a HOSTING TOOL (Visual Custom Kick) for Warcraft 3, an entirely harmless program for anything else BUT Warcraft 3. Yup, that just netted me a suspension and probably a strike. Support being support, giving me copypasted answers that basically tell me “i dont care, our program is flawless, too bad for you”. This is NOT how this should work. I was told nowhere that said program would cause suspensions and strikes, only when it already happened. And I really shouldnt be forced to turn everything off prior to playing Dirty Bomb because some anti-cheat program COULD detect it as harmful software. Yes, this might be “B-Beta”, but its open beta. I still see cheaters ingame, that are allowed to run rampant, while i get suspended for this. I asked for a removal of the strike, but was told “Nope, cant do that, our program detected third party software so its gotta be harmful, too bad AGAIN”.

Now i ask you guys, is this how its supposed to go?

The nature of how VCK works is why you got banned. Turn it off, and stop asserting how it is used over how it’s behavior could be misused. If they allow some third party software to run while monitoring and manipulating internet traffic, what is to stop someone from making a game cheat that does the same thing and more, but just calls itself Visual Custom Kick as well?

And yes, it does suck that hackers have been able to run around rampant with little to no recourse, while a silly Warcraft hack (it is a hack, by def) flags you and gets you suspended.
