Things Aren't Adding Up

I am currently performing a project that is centered around the kill to death ratio of dirty bomb. While collecting data based on video recordings of games I have played, I see a complication in the data. In some cases, meaning more than one occurrence, the kills of one team added up to more than the deaths of the other team. I do realize that people leave and join matches freely, and I took that into account and watched the videos and checked to ensure no one left. A lot of people may not care about this, and I don’t blame you. But for what I’m trying to accomplish its a little important. So my question is, are there occurrences within that match that may count for a kill for one person but not as a death for another? Like do revived players not get counted a death? Anything helps.

No … everytime a Aura revives me with a little HP and the next second i will be shot to death … this happens for about 3 times continuously … the opponent gets TRIPLE KILL badge (lucky fellow) and i end up in 3 death … FML  :disappointed: . The K/D ratio is fine in the game i guess !! every Kill and death is accurately counted in the game … and i don’t know how you got those results !!

Magic and bacon grease.

Honestly, surprised by your statement. It is more likely that the death count would be higher due to suicides from abilities and pressing k to respawn.

Im sorry if my question was hard to understand. But I’m still curious to why one team will have more kills in total than the total deaths of the enemy team.

Shouldn’t be possible without leavers afaik.

Ok, I’ll look at the videos one more time. Thank you for your support

If I’m not stupid enough, when you get “killed” and you’re down, that counts as a death and a kill for the person who “killed” you. There may be a bug or somewhat where the KD counts go off due to revives when you’re down.
