I would like to see some balance changes like these.
1: Bishlock, it still needs tweaking, as it still is too slow at killing and does not even work as high damage long range smg, because it has too high recoil and pretty low accuracy. Also it has pretty low ammo effiency thanks to low accuracy.
2: Grandeur, it would be good weapon if the sights weren’t so bad. Also the accuracy gets pretty bad too quikly and the aiming is hard thanks to (sights and) high recoil. (also grandeur has inconsistant body damage changing between 39-40)
3: PDP, While its good weapon for vasilli, its realy bad weapon for redeye as he loses almost all close range defences, as the pistol (outside M9) do not cut it.
3: Heavy Pistols, they feel pretty weak and dont have power value and only have spamming, just like normal pistols. It would be better if heavy pistols would work like low range snipers (with grandeur level of hip accuracy) and slow fire rate.
4: Pistols, regular pistols should have just slightly bigger mags (to create balance between heavy pistol and machine pistols).
5: secondary smg, sligtly higher mags would help to improve them as they need more bullets to kill, also tolem needs slightly higher rof.
1: loadout cards: The cards in my oppinion need better balance, as there clearly are best cards and there is not realy a choice. Also locking weapons to cards does hurt. It would be better if player could choose the weapons (from the merc specific weapons, not from all weapons) and the cards would only affect augments and skins.
2: Redeye, The biggest issue with redeye is that he cant protect him self in close quaters as well as other recons (outside dreissar and m9), as he lacks secondary smg and PDP is too inaccurate at close and grandeur is not reliable. (also the smoke is too small)
3: Phantom, its quite annoying that one of the most important weapon in phantoms arsenal is locked to specific cards, the katana. It would be better if the katana would be either ability or in all cards. Also the invisibility does deplete too fast and the augment to extend that is too important. it would also be better if the player could activate the invisibility without it being fully recharged.
4: Arty, Kira, they still need indoors ability so they can be usefull as the skyhammer and stoker.
