Look at the enemy and you’ll see the googles and the jacket of the sad punk.

the jacket is actually pretty awesome, it’s got gauntlets and a bandalero! what’s not cool about that? but I don’t know what’s with the welding goggles we aleady have a pair of those no one uses.

i noticed, i think he also has a different style of clown face paint, that i saw in a realease trailer.

I’m positive someone on these forums posted a screencap from an old developer interview where they had the armor in the background. At the time no one knew what it was and described it as being “like The Fortress”.

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find that post, even after some fair searching. Anyone else know either the video or the thread I’m talking about?

Uh, kind of like goggles, though I would say a special form of them if anything.

That’s somebody wearing hoodwinks, or trying them on at least from the Oddities tv show, it’s really the best image I could find on short notice.

yes i read it a couple of days ago just look up bandoleer in the search bar and itll be one of the first things, or i do know he said it but not sure if it was spelled right, it was only a couple of days ago but by now is probably way down there.

Yeah, after zooming in to about 200% I would say they just look like ordinary yellow tinted goggles, almost look like tinted glasses. Nothing seems special about them, or for that matter very steam punk-esque.

Would be cool if they did add some hoodwinks though. I would personally use them.

Agreed there’s finally an outfit for the resistance that looks like a super heavy should be wearing it. and it’s still applicable to any other character too which is nice.
