Let’s admit it, we all know who will become culprit. Sad thing is the disappointment about knowing that you won’t get any special edition card that you want if you don’t play Proxy, like me.
I can see atleast 2 ways they could have done it better:
They should have based the rotation on most played percentages.
This seems pretty obvious to me, instead of the G we all know and love (hate) RNG we would base the rotations on the percentage of time spent on the merc, meaning that the 4 least played mercs will be in the same rotation and the 4 most played mercs will be in the same rotation. This way all mercs have a chance of getting to the 5th week but no they buggered it off at the 1st week when putting Proxy against Sawbonez, Nader, and Arty. Welp no wanted special card for the people who main these 3
Making the culprit case drop a card for your most played merc
While I understand this is supposed to be some sort of a special event that is universal come on you can’t just allow us to have a special edition card for my favorite merc regardless of others, like it just seems mind boggling to me how SD couldn’t allow this idea to pass or even suggest it if it wasn’t. I get it, the whole thing is to encourage global effort so that more players will play more to try hard and get the special card for their favorite merc but considering Proxy is the culprit anyway this really just won’t work.
As for the overall idea of the event, I like it. It’s really creative and not something I saw done before, I just wish it was more fair for all mercs.
