The new update is well bad???

This new update will not let me log in and play it says sign-in couldnt not be completed check out this site for known issues :expressionless: please help im trying to get back on and grind

Happens to me every update - hopefully, this will work for you:

  • Verify cache via Steam (right click Dirty Bomb -> Properties -> Local Files tab -> “Verify Integrity of Game Cache”)
  • After the game has been verified, restart your computer.
  • When your computer has restarted, close your antivirus/firewall.
  • Launch Dirty Bomb

This should allow you to get back in the game, and after you’ve gotten past the “sign-in couldn’t be completed” error message, you can safely turn your antivirus/firewall back on - and you shouldn’t get the error again (until the game is updated again)

Didn’t help for me. I’ve reinstalled the game, too. Twice.

Also setting antivirus off isn’t an acceptable solution. (Didn’t work for me, tho.)

Sorry to hear it didn’t help - and just to note, I did mention in the final paragraph that after you’d gotten past the sign-in process, you could safely turn on your antivirus/firewall again, if the method above would’ve solved your issue. :slight_smile:

On the bright side, it seems there’s finally official word from a moderator that they’re working on it.
