This problem happens once in a while, and it usually seems to happen only after using ALT+TAB and/or ALT+ENTER. Today, when it happened I decided to minimize Dirty Bomb and the mouse was able to work as expected outside of the game, but in the game I was only able to look upwards and downwards, nothing else otherwise in the game.
Also, this does not happen in any other games so it’s leading me to believe there’s something going on with Dirty Bomb itself. I’ve tried unplugging the mouse and plugging it back in, including the keyboard itself, too! This has happened on different machines as well, ranging from a AMD FX-8350 to a Intel i7-870 2.9 GHz, both are stock.
The i7 has a R7 370 GPU, while the AMD has a (if I remember right,) GT 730 CPU. Both systems are running Windows 10 Professional x64, with 8 GB DDR3 RAM, and both sadly are forced to WiFi due to the lack of wiring up stairs. I’m fixing that hopefully next month with PowerLine adapters, but I highly doubt this is a network/internet issue. I asked in one match I was in, if anyone else had this problem and I don’t think anyone responded, and haven’t really asked anyone else as I was trying to figure it out on my own.
So my question is, has anyone else having this problem from time to time, and what hardware do you have?
