I honestly have to give kudos to SD for the Melee Mayhem Update. The melee skins are alright, but the thing that gets me all giddy is being able to see the skins from your loadout card on your 1st Person POV. It’s not much, but running around with black and red gloves as Proxy makes me feel like I’m on a Spec Ops mission or something. Phoenix’s 1st Obsidian with the red gloves looks f*cking awesome, and the blue gloves on my Cobalt A31 makes me love it even more. It’s subtle, it’s almost meaningless, but it just makes me a little bit happier when I see that SD pays attention to the details, sometimes.
