a light automatic rifle (FAL) model can be made in a basement clay and tin cans by anyone with a book and a blow torch and a gunsmiths book.
infact my uncle made his own twice fully working, and he is by far no expert. then he had to melt them down so he wouldnt get arrested for treason.

“Steampunk” is a bit harder to give examples for. For those that have no idea what steampunk is, its a combination of futuristic devices. Victorian era looks, and “steam-driven” industrial design.
Lots of Brass, tubes, cogs, leather, and of course goggles usually with a brown palette. Beyond that, people can (and do) take it in any direction they want.
Steampunk Guitar, Steampunk Laptop, Steampunk Keyboard, Steampunk Starwars, Steampunk X-Men; and yes, Steampunk costumes.
What direction SD will go in when they say “steampunk”, i have no idea; but i think you can expect goggles.

Good examples. The steampunk woman look great. That’s why I posted, because you can google and find tons of pics of woman dressed in steampunk moreso than guys. The goggles pretty much is the main thing to the look. I am looking forward to the Punk moreso than the security.

Cool stuff. Depending on how its done in Brink, it could be really cool. Ever see the internet show Riese? There are some cool bad guys all steam punked out.
I liked the clockwork assassin in Hellboy (the movie). He always seemed very steampunky to me.
