Hmm so I am on probabtion, so I’ll put it this way…
Do I really have to say, how wrong it sounds, wanting to have cheaters/exploiters as part of the playerbase, because of money?
I know what you want to say, still, there are lines you in my opinion shouldn’t cross. But on the other side, we got 50% sales on CS:GO right after banwaves, so probably a businessmodel in there somewhere… barf

Apart from achieving XP missions (which aren’t hard to do the regular way), why would anyone on earth bore himself to death to get a higher level which means absolutely zero?

As I saw that discussion… He first kindly asked about people working on Dirty Bomb, than, when he got their names and number by mod, he started complaining about their work (that isn’t finding out who works on game, thats pure insulting)

I only care about one situation - people with low level. There’s an increased chance that they won’t be playing their role. So if I have 3 level 1-3 Skyhammers defending on Chapel, it doesn’t mean that the team will efficiently destroy the EV, etc etc.

For all I care there could be just one indicator - ROOKIE, equivalent of current levels 1 to 5. Above that - nothing. This doesn’t mean non-ROOKIE players will play their role, but nothing can be done about that.

I have nothing against playing with new people. The more the merrier. We’ve all been noobs in DB at one point.

Yes it does matter to me. High level players might not be as a reliable information as before but anyone with a low level will still be someone with little knowledge of the game’s mechanics. Including those under level 5 who still think it’s fine to play in a regular server…

Not answering as it’s really unimportant. The level of someone is only an indicator of how long you’ve been playing the game, not experience. I can bring a tree down with a sledge hammer given enough time. The skilled person brings an axe.
