Maybe if my team wins but not right after ZUBR, last time proved well enough that my mates can’t wait to go back on xT after an hour spent on QW. If we play ABLC vs ZUBR on saturday night (fever), let’s say winner vs you on sunday 20 PM CET if Karpax agrees.

Unfortunately NA Mix is not available to play this weekend, so we will have to schedule our game for the following weekend (Dec. 27, 28, or 29). If it’s early enough, we might be able to do the finals next weekend as well, immediately following our match.

Great games, exciting. Nice way to loose. This was last promatch for ZUBR I guess. But you neva know in this community. Have a nice X-mas all. :smiley:

Was a really intense match with great moments! 3 maps were what I hoped for and what the viewers expected from these teams.
ZUBR should have won Valley, they showed such a good performance there but unfortunately failed in the last minute and the match was decided by a few seconds. Very sad. They were well aware that their last chance to win would be Sewer which was the choice of spank and wouldn’t be an easy match. Spank played strong and yeah you can almost call it a rush when they set a time of around 8mins as GDF in attack. ZUBR managed to struggle themselves inside with the clock ticking down. It was up to the only sniper Edzio to decide the game, but he was surrounded by 3 Stroggs and still had to wait for the gates to open. Even worse he was low on HP! Somehow he wasn’t seen by them, but only one Strogg was around who was also on low HP. As both weren’t hitting the final shot (1 shot would have been enough to kill!) to finally kill their opponent and Edzio wasted all his pistol ammo he decided to switch to the knife and finished him off with one stab. Surviving with only 6HP he hacked the objective and made sure his team wasn’t thrown out of the cup yet. (Demo please Edzio, I think this was game deciding moment).
On the decider map Refinery spank had to deal with 2 strong pushes towards their defence lines and retreated to the last objectives. ZUBR had still plenty of time left, but inside spank showed all their strength as a team which preferred the inf stage more on this map. ZUBR seemed idealess and ran against a wall of defenders. Spank showed how to defend this last objective and even fullholded! Now they had enough time to prepare their attack waves properly and well they did.

Congrats to spank, but I also have to say well played ZUBR! :slight_smile:

That’s a good sum up of the match, just one thing, I NEVER GOT STABBED!! I was playing obli at that time and was outside when they hacked the sewer controls. Now that my honour is safe, merry Christmas to all of you! :smiley:

PS: it was more a Stupidoz line-up than a spAnk one imo. ^^
