The lagging servers aren't really good for your reputation...

I had half of the server empty in the blink of an eye, because of that reason and those people will take their opinions with this experience. I’m sure I’m not the only person who reported this before your infrastructure has recently quite big performance problems. This has probably something to do with the explosion in the game popularity, but it would be nice to have an official statement about it, instead of unprofessional silence.

They’ve stated previously that they’re working on developing better infrastructure to accommodate the increased traffic and popularity.

I’ve reported it here, on the Warchest forums in the bug section and in the dev streams. It’s never been acknowledged and most people just assume it’s your game client lagging. It’s not in some situations. The servers themselves are having issues. That could be because the server software itself is spiking the CPU due to some problem or because the hardware just isn’t adequate enough…which would be odd since these servers are all virtualized.

Regardless, something needs to be done.

between xignpoop not letting people join and the servers spitting them out not sure which has more complaints

Sometimes I get lags and my FPS just stops and drops and I teleport into a horde of enemies and I get instantly fucked.

Could be me, but I haven’t experienced a single appearance of lag yet. Better knock that off…

Too late, I know have had 2 games in a row with lag. Not extreme lag, but nevertheless.

That’s the thing. The lag is never constant or consistent. It happens for a few frames here in there. Sometimes it’s tied to air drops on your server but not always.

Yesterday I tried to ask if server’s were being performance tested at all or if they knew of the issue and again no response despite asking multiple times. I might just be really unlucky but I get other questions answered and sometimes just random things I’ve said get commented on…but nada in regards to server perf testing.
