Really SD? Really? It’s enough to have a useless augment but it’s worse when you make jokes about it.
“But Steel you ignorant twat it ain’t useless! What if I don’t have any medics and need to gain health fast mid fight”
Well, twat, you won’t gain that regen fast enough to save you in a firefight since there is a lot of CQC and how fast the game is you will be chased and killed before the regen kicks in and unless the percentage will make it give you health straight away it still won’t help you, but that will be OP won’t it?

Well, retard, In that time you can find a medic to heal you, EU speaking usually there is one medic each team and especially in comp. A medic will help you more than Tough.

In my opinion they should make it so that it increases the regen time by X% and not the time to get to regen.

I don’t mind Tough as it gives me access to a decent amount more HP while traveling to places between firefights. Of course it’s not going to give you HP in a fight…that would be broken. But getting me to a point where I can regen pretty fast after getting out of one gives me a pretty solid amount of HP back on my travel time getting to the next one.

So it’s not amazing but it does work. I wouldn’t mind seeing it give you an extra .5HP or something per tick but that might make it pretty OP.

Augments are a part of weapon discussion. If it didn’t make the name too long this forum would probably be “Weapons and Loadout Discussion” or something like that.

It’s great. I’m running a fletcher loadout w/ it and there are many times I’ve seen that extra hp from an early start come in handy for some sticky throw peaks where I take some chip dmg.

do not underestimate the self-regen, its actually pretty fast. There will surely be occasions when the medic is dead full spawn, and having that extra 10hp might just save you. Additional benefit is that you do not get punished as hard when repeaking and taking measly 1-2 damage that stops your regen.

Coming from the loadout card you used as an example, I don’t think Tough was SUPPOSED to be as strong as you want it to be. You are looking at a fragger build with the ABSOLUTE best weapons available to him, as well as Unshakeable and Quick Eye, so this build is pretty much in the OP range of builds for the class.

Yeah, honestly having a place where people can discuss Try Hard without being bogged down by Phantom, Thunder, and Aimee discussions would certainly be helpful.

When they say 66.6% they mean 2/3. There’s no 666 joke in there, it’s just you
You get ~3-4hp every second
Regen starts after 9 seconds without Tough and after 3 seconds with Tough
This means that you get extra 6 seconds of regeneration which is 18-24hp. 20 hp is a lot, for most mercs it’s like 20% or more of their max health.
This perk is not useless, it’s actually really good (especially for camping classes like snipers), it helps a lot, especially if your medic is dead

Agreeable. I’m a Proxy Hochfir scumlord so I get into tons of situations where I hardly survive a firefight on 1hp. Low-health mercs make you tend to appreciate all the health you can get.
