This merc used to be a police officer and managed to snag some swat gear.
Upper Medium health
Lower medium speed
Two abilities
1-riot sheild- blocks bullet damage from any side sheild is facing. Explosives, and fire do damage but not full damage when hitting the front of sheild. Sheild only protects user and anyone who manages to perfictly align themselves behind merc. Cant do melee damage and vunarable to take damage from behind
Like mini gun where the ability can basicly be used whenever
2-tazer gun-does small amount of damage and stuns/stops abilities of stuned merc for a certan time… idk what time would be considered fair or too op
-New melee wep… police baton- medium maybe fast swing rate
-Has upper medium health because he does have some riot gear but this also slows him down thats why he has lower medium speed
-Unless crouched while using riot sheild merc can still be shot in the feet when he faces u with sheild
-secondary-only semi pistols
-primary-sub machine guns
-he would prob have to be close range merc so he can be op by killing from medium to far range then just putting on riot sheld.
-something if the rest of stuff i siad about sheild seems to op maybe after taking x amount of sheild damage it starts a skill cool down.

Also when if sheild seems op maybe he goes a bit slower when sheild is equiped

Riot shields: it’s been suggested before. People around here decided it was completely useless due to the number of explosives almost every merc has.
Tazers: so it makes someone freeze in place and drains their ability cooldown?

I wouldnt say freeze in place… i could easily see that being to op at most it would slow them down but it would do minir damage

So, just the ability drain? Kinda situational, and not really useful against everyone. Fact that it’s single-target also makes it less useful.
