The delay on the ET tools

Im not nagging or anything but am curious as to what part of the release is holding the release up - is it the tools themselves or the documentation or decision from management?

No news unfortunately. But when everyone is ready/signed off the editing tools then they will be released.

well its a long time from now till Xmass, SO we will get plenty of time to review the layout for ya maps :stuck_out_tongue: and make a FAQ :bored: :eek:

Yeah with a section for the more experienced mapper - it could contain things like:

  1. How to prevent tantrums during the wait
  2. Methods of curbing direct assaults on SD employees and acts of arson
  3. Best type of champagne to have upon the release

  1. Why SD are making me endure the lovely weather outside while I wait for the tools …
  2. If only I could understand the ET system quicker so that I can be first to produce a map more l33t than anyone else!
