First, that looks nothing like the “Swiss Red” Gold pattern as the latter only has small splotches of red here and there, no confusion possible.

Second, your argument is like saying Turtle can’t wear blue by default because there are Cobalt skins. Well last I checked all the pics for Turtle and the Scrubs video showed him wearing blue, and the Bush pics on the official website still show him in orange…

My point was that the red and black camo is considered one of the best for gold cards and to have a default card that looks similar kind of ruins it for me and for a few people I play the game with. Turtle shouldn’t be blue as default for the same reason, no need to get so defensive over an opinion.

Well your original statement wasn’t worded like a personal opinion but rather like a fact, which I was trying to correct by pointing out the reality of it.

In my opinion, the Bush Default doesn’t look similar at all to the Swiss Red Gold version. And I don’t expect Turtle’s plain blue outfit will be confused with the sawtooth-patterned Cobalt either. But I guess I’m quite familiar with all these patterns by now, so others may see it differently…

But if you’re worried about low-end skins looking too much like high-end ones, I’d be much more concerned with the fact that the Swiss Red is exactly the same pattern as the Iron one (with different colors and minus the red patches)…

Another update, this time focusing on Redeye. For once I’m able to release an update for a new merc without any missing bits the first time around, so big thanks to the community members who provided their Redeye pics!

Version 4.6 release notes:

  • Added Redeye loadouts and skins sheets (complete)
  • Added Grandeur and Kukri to Weapons Chart
  • Updated Sparks’ loadouts and skins sheets to reflect new model pose on Bronzes and Silvers
  • Updated a few skin pictures to get rid of the greyish skin (had to turn “High Quality Materials” off so some of the shinny bits are lost, but at least they don’t look sick anymore…)
  • Updated some loadout cards to better resolution on various mercs’ loadouts sheets
