Bacon, I realized that after I read the directions card. The game install popup windows I was receiving made it seem ‘nec.’.

my brother says HL2 is pretty good, it would be better if it wasnt on steam, its just an attempt for Valve to assimilate your PC into valve games only (Late as usual)

I have never had any problems with steam, it accepted my cdkey of cs-retail while pretty much everyone else i know in real-life is using the same cd-key on steam.
Havent played HL2 yet because my gpu is shite.
