The Caulden & The Simeon need a desperate buff

The new sound, in pierces my eyer out of joy and badass feeling when shooting with it. Which is exactly why it needs a buff since in reality its still a piece of sh#t gun. (with amazing sound)[/quote]

Caulden needs a buff but the deagle also needs to sound bad ass

(omegaskorpion) #23

Deagle woud sound badass already if not for the spammy nature of it.
Reducing rof and increasing the damage would do the trick.
Then again, making the sound even more badass would make it even more amazing.

September Fine Tuning went by and no word on the pistols…

Crossing fingers for next update

I never understood why the simeon or the other revolver ever had so much recoil, pistols in this game are supposed to be finish weapons… right?

I love the Caulden.
This and the S&W are the only pistol/revolvers that I can get kills with after my primary has run out.
I also find the Caulden to be an amazing finisher.

Yeah the Caulden is a decent finish if all you need is one last bodyshot, but you can’t consistently 1vs1 someone from full health like you can with the M9, the Whetsman or any of the machine pistols.

Actually, I can.

The Caulden deals a hella lot of damage and if you take your time to land the headshots, they’ll be dead within 2 - 3 shots.

It’s not about whether is doable or not, its certainly possible, but why would you willingly chose a weapon like the Caulden over something like the M9 which can do pretty much the same with basically no recoil?

Yes, spacing your shots it’s a good way to consistently land the headshots but during those miliseconds of inactivity a M9 or Selbstad user could be destroying you.

The M9 is really spammy and just overall weak, or at least that’s what I think/feel.
If I want spam, I would pick the selbstadt.

(Dawnlazy) #32

They’re almost the same, M9 has more ammo but Selbstadt is better at range.

It just feels selbstadt has less kick.

I would still pick the Caulden over any of the pistols though.

4 Fine Tuning updates and not a single one has touched secondaries…#BuffTheCaulden2016

Caulden is ass, shame it comes on most of my favorite loadouts.
