The application exited abnormally with code (ff)

Every time I go into a server it crashes in less than 1 minute, it says “The application exited abnormally with code (ff)” So right now I cant play the game, any solutions for this bug? :slight_smile:

Hi Nackskott,

Could you attach your Log file to this post so that I can see what’s causing you to crash, also have you attempted to join any empty servers?

This is when i join a server with people on it, it its empty it doesnt crash…

I had the same issue, check to see if DX11 is enabled pre-boot, fixed for me

I get the same error every now and then. I am absolutely sure DX11 has something to do with it as it always crashes (I can’t even join a server with DX11 enabled). Disabling DX11 fixed it.

Got this error yesterday on a map change and reconnected straight away without any problems. Someone else said they had the same error (at the same time as me). I don’t have DX11 enabled.

I can confirm crashing 100% of the time was fixed for me by disabling DX11. I assume crash logs are being sent, but if further logs are needed let me know.

If anyone encounters this issue (Not using DX11) please post your log file and we will look into it :slight_smile:

I have dx11 off and I get it every now and then when I exit the game, instead of closing properly it will black screen and I get error ff.

What file are you after I have 9 different files in the logs folder.
