I’ve only begun playing (level 8), and for the most part I enjoy the game; but, the amount of waiting everyone needs to tolerate kills the pacing and can make the game very tedious. I sometimes don’t even want to play because I’m dreading it…
Waiting for the map to load, waiting for everyone to lock in, waiting to deploy if you’re joining a live game, waiting out the warmup, waiting for some schmuck to explain the objectives again, waiting for it to finally start… After the round, waiting through the game ending stats screen, waiting for the next lobby… and repeat.
If I could just play the game it would be wonderful.
