The almighty "Any" option.

So as I still love this game but still get frustrated with bots I was hoping SD could implement something useful to help with the low population.

What do I request?

A damn “Any”/“All”/“Most Active” option for public games.

It used to be that Competition was the most active so it was easier but nowadays people seem more spread out.

How about just adding an option which picks the most populated modes and settings?

I don’t really care whether matches are Objective, Stopwatch, Standard, Advanced, Old school or Competition… I just want whatever has the most humans currently playing.

Any thoughts on this?

P.S - If its already been requested then sorry - however a bump to the subject would be good.

Agreed.

Standard and Advanced seem to be the most populated on Xbox, but it can still be a ghost town sometimes.

you need server browsers like PC. another reason why PC > consoles for FPS.

just lazy devs if you ask me.

bot, no bot filter. no bots would have balanced teams enabled.

that would be it.

(Lozmuir) #6

Glad people agree.

Any possible response from the SD gang?

Exedore… I’m looking at you…

I would of been still playing if they let me set up search with NO BOTS and the match with most humans, and best connection.

I find it funny how no one has mentioned it before, actually I didn’t even think about this simple option. Great suggestion, but I don’t think it will solve players getting into mostly empty games. I think that problem lies with the netcode, which will hopefully get fixed with the next update, since they did indeed say “online optimizations” were coming with the title update.

Well, just because a developer is lazy does not mean one platform is better than another for a particular genre.

(nick1021) #10

But pc is better in every aspect (almost).

And this is coming from someone who had brink on pc.

Maybe brink didn’t utilize everything it could on pc, but most games do. BFBC2 on consoles could only have (i I remember right) 24 players in one game. PC can have 38. PC also had better graphics and free dlc. And right now we have HUGE sales. Bought oblivion and all of its dlcs for 8 bucks.
