How I put textures in radiant? I don’t know much about textures.
Textures
make them and put them in folder etmain/textures/“name_of_folder”
eadiant will put the folder in its list
Then make a folder called “textures”[/quote]
Oh SNAP!!!
EDIT: Also make sure that the texture sizes are powers of 2, ie, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, etc. Therefore you could have 16 x 32 px textures but not 12 x 35 px.
I have added the textures in the textures folder and the shader list thing.
You could leave it like that but better to have a new folder inside the textures folder to store different textures. Eg …\etmain extures\custom\
Wow everything that been said here is not so super
Here is right Man!!!
search in etmain folder for pak0.pk3, rename pk3 on zip and extract all to Enemy Territory/etmain , it extract textures and models!!!
Everything said here are alternative ways to do the same.
I think you’re more a “redundant man”. Besides, it is not really necessary to unpack all those textures.
(Sorry, couldn’t resist.)
Sorry it wasnt so thought
But basic is unpack pak0.pk3 with mapping clean enemy territory
What is the point of unpacking the pak0.pk3? You are only essentially doubling up everything in it. He just wants to add custom textures.
sorry yes if He wants custom textures he must create custom folder in textures folder. I thought that He hasnt textures folder in etmain.
Ok I did it, but the image it showed up was “Shader Image Missing” in red
