textures lost

hi
im new here.
and hope to find the answers to my question .
i search allot off tutorials and forums for the sulition to my problem .
(sorry for the poor englisch )
every thing works fine in making my map with radiant .
until i make it pk3 and wanna test it with my team mates .
my sky works fine bud i do not know how to geth the textures to work .
in conjunction to my map .
someone told me i must take from each texture a sample and place it inside my pk3.
so i when t and done that bud stil nothing .
:banghead: i cant even geth up to sleep right cause it wont geth out off my head .
i think im getting addicted to mapping.

bud when my teammates join thy see yellow and blacksqaures.
on buildings thy say only sky and ground surface is ok .

you are using textures from maps they don’t have.
In radaint, in the textures menu, make sure you have ‘shaderlist.txt’ only selected.
Now, it’s your painful duty to remove ALL custom pk3s from etmain, fire up radiant and load in your map.
Now you have to replace all the missing textures :frowning:

This is why many people use a different, clean install of ET for mapping.

I unzipped a copy of pak0.pk3 into a different folder so I can reference it on whether or not I am using someone else’s textures or Splash Damage’s textures. :beer:
