texture scaling issues

ok so ive been using QuArK to map for Jedi Academy and ive been compiling with q3map2 2.5.11 and i never really messed with the command line crap. ive never been able to get water or fogs to work becus they were always solid. i noticed when i ran a compile that my map would say “cant find shader blah/blah”. so the other day i realised i didnt have my -fs_basepath correct… so i changed it and the missing texture issue was fixed, but… all my textures are 4 times as big as they are supposed to be… is there some way to adjust the texture scale when q2map3 compiles? (i really dont wanna go back thru a 1000+ brushes changing tex scales :frowning: ) so if there is an easier way anyone knos about it would be greatly appreciated
