Terrible Ping for No Reason?

Lately I have been getting 130+ ping under ideal conditions. I have the 5ghz AC band all to myself, nothing else is using the internet, and I am joining a US West server. Speedtest is showing no problems and when I jump on any game but Dirty Bomb I get good ping. Here is the speedtest results https://gyazo.com/100155f35320c1f3d38e6324127806f0
Is anyone else having this problem?
